Order Processing
We appreciate your business and hope to provide you with items that make your project go smoothly. We are here to assist you in your projects as much as you need us to.
Items that we sell are made by us. Thought some do use mass produced components as part of our kits when possible to keep costs reasonable.
Those items that can be built in just a day or so can be added to the shopping cart and purchased online. Once ordered they will be added to the build schedule and shipped within a few days. Should we encounter a delay that would take us longer than a day to build your order we will contact you to let you know.
Items that are listed as "Built To Order" on the product description page can not be purchased through our shopping cart. With these items we request you send us an inquiry, we will contact you within 24 hours to access your needs and arrange for your item to be built as you want it. In that communication we will give you full details of cost and delivery time.
During the processing of your order we will contact you about any delays and when the items have shipped. If a shipping tracking number is available we will send this to you.

US Domestic
We use USPS Flat Rate shipping for most orders. For larger items we use UPS.
